Project Amnaan were founded by Instinct Institute, Cambodia. It is an online library system that help to collect information of reading resources for the following purposes:
- Public law documents across the organization in public and private sectors. Cambodia is going through the development process. The government units in different areas have established new laws and regulations to manage and facilitate the growth, the social security and the fair trade in Cambodia. Private sectors and foreign investments shall also need to understand these laws and regulation to be able to operate and investing in Cambodia smoothly. The Cambodian residences also need to understand the social laws and regulation for their living, professional, and business matters. Unfortunately, the documents about existing laws and regulations are separately located in different government units in different area. Amnaan.com help to collect those documents into one system that allow the public to search, download, and read those laws and regulation; and therefore, create the awareness of public laws and social security.
- Information of reading resources for the education and researches. We have the created the library module into amnaan.com. This module allows the public library and library across the educational institution to upload the information regarding the academic reading materials (digital pdf or hard copy) they have. This will allow the public users to locate the existent and the location of these reading material. Imagine, when there are more library on amnaan.com, it will be easier to a patron or students to locate a reading material about the information they are seeking for.
